Hong Kong Background
The founder's engagement with Hong Kong's Japan real estate investment community goes back to around 2018, when, while working at a condominium developer in Japan, he led a series of Japan real estate investment seminars hosted in Hong Kong by Phillip Securities (PhillipCapital). The relationship with Hong Kong's investment community built during that period continues today.

The founder visits Hong Kong approximately every other month. Together with our Hong Kong partner — a Japanese-led wealth management firm based there — we meet regularly with Hong Kong-based lawyers, family office CFOs, real estate professionals, and Big Four advisors.
